Account deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your Fomioo account and associated data from within the product. Deletion is irreversible for data we are not legally required to retain.
Before you delete
- Export or save any menus, orders, or records you need for your business.
- Cancel or fulfil open obligations with customers outside the Service if applicable.
- Understand that deletion removes access to the dashboard and stored content tied to the account.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Fomioo.
- Open Settings and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the Delete account section.
- Follow the prompts to confirm with your password and permanently delete your account.
What gets removed
When you complete in-app deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data and account content associated with your user in line with our data retention practices and applicable law. Some information may be kept for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account or run into errors during deletion, contact support through the channels listed on our website or in the Service. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing requests on your behalf.
