This Refund Policy applies to fees you pay for Fomioo subscription software and related services. Payments for Fomioo subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and online reseller.
1. Refund window
You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, visit Paddle buyer support at paddle.net, or contact Fomioo support with your account email and transaction reference.
3. Subscriptions and access
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After a refund is issued, access to the refunded paid plan ends.
4. Changes
We update this Refund Policy by posting the revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date.
